These rules are current through changes ordered by the Court in 2021 and effective January 1, 2022. In addition, Rule 5.4(a)(6) and 7.6(b)(5) have been updated as required by the Order of the Court dated May 12, 2022.
Future orders of the Tennessee Supreme Court concerning amendments to these rules will monitored and the rules updated, as necessary.
